I love to make fun of the Culture Revolution. why? Because it's just mad... The political fever drove people, especially the youth crazy. It has left a scare in many Chinese people's heart and will never recover.
However the art at that time was amazing. The design, the craft and the passion those artist put into those propaganda illustrations was very inspiring.
The initial roughs, 2 figure make an X shape. It's 10 in Latin, indicates their 10th Annual.
Final art process. I've fixed the arms. Were looking bit funny.
